By using hi tabi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

hi tabi helps you build day-by-day travel plans from a human-curated catalogue. Plans are suggestions generated by software and AI — always verify opening hours, prices, bookings, and local conditions yourself before you rely on them. We are not a travel agency and do not provide professional travel, legal, or safety advice.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use it.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping or bulk-extracting the catalogue, no reverse-engineering, no attempts to break security or rate limits, and no unlawful use.

Intellectual property

The catalogue, content, and software are owned by us and are proprietary. The plans you create and save are yours; we store them so you can use them.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that plans, hours, prices, or availability are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
